At All That Matters, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our policy:
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the personalization process has not started. Contact us immediately at support@allthatmatters.ae.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an error or defect on our part.
In case of a defect or error, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos. If approved, we will either replace the item or refund the full amount.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Non-refundable Items
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us at support@allthatmatters.ae.
